Bio: Gail is an unapologetic optimist and idealist who believes in the power of putting people first. She is CEO and Co-Founder of ExperienceYes, a women-owned NOT boring consulting business that teaches companies how to embrace and practice “The Improv Mindset.” Industry agnostic, Gail works with forward thinking leaders that are seeking to break OUT of the boring training and development of the past and jump IN to experiential sessions designed to help people be more effective and successful in ambiguity.
Her unique approach to organizational challenges increases emotional intelligence, team performance, communication and creative problem-solving. Gail has a BFA in Music Theatre, which is SUPER useful in the corporate world, and has experience in Human Resources, Change Management, and Training and Development. She is also a certified Genos Emotional Intelligence Practitioner.
She is wife to Bruce, her partner in business and laughter, mom to two adult children, member of the AMCP (Association of Change Management Professionals) and Co-Author of two books: “The Improv Mindset” and the soon-to-be-released “Change!
