Women in work have been a central part of the conversation as our economy and society continue to struggle to recover from the COVID-19 pandemic.
After seeing hordes of women leave the workforce during the ‘Shecession’ in 2020 and the continued ‘Great Resignation’ in 2021, the Colorado Women’s Chamber of Commerce and TARRA, an entrepreneurial women’s network, have sought to explore the issues through expert commentary and discussion in our Executive Roundtable Conversation Series that took place in 2021. The final session of the series will culminate with an in-depth review of lessons learned and a proposal for solutions at our State of Women in Business Summit, presented by Amazon on February 9th.
- Data Deep-Dive, presented by MSU Denver researchers
- Panel of Experts (TBA experts on Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion, Advocacy, Small Business & Entrepreneurship, and Education)
Join the Colorado Women’s Chamber of Commerce and TARRA to evaluate the feedback received from this in-depth series and subsequent interviews. Expert researchers from our partners at Metropolitan State University will provide an analysis of relevant trends and themes that have gained prominence throughout the discussions and provide solutions.
Thank you to our generous sponsors and partners for bringing attention to this important research!
