Rachel and Shelby met as boss and direct report duo at a small but mighty start-up in New York City. During their time in NYC, they grew the brand’s digital marketing presence from 50K to 2 million followers, running a full digital marketing strategy for two years, leading to the company’s acquisition by Food Network. In 2018, they founded Dive In Digital with a mission to demystify digital marketing for business owners and a belief that business-changing marketing strategies are developed through genuine storytelling, cultivating an engaged community, and establishing processes that make your goals a reality.

We know that there are millions of small business owners who don’t subscribe to the notion that “success” means hundreds of thousands of adoring fans, millions of dollars in the bank, dozens of employees and a global supply chain.
For many of us, “success” means being able to do what we love, on our own terms, in our own space with our own two hands.
