October 14, 2020
October 14, 2020
Instead of chasing Instagram Followers and Facebook Likes, focus on what metrics actually matter to convert prospects into paying customers. By focusing on these metrics every month, you’ll easily be able to determine which channels are worth spending your time (and money) on, and set goals that make an impact on your business.
Key Takeaways:
– Learn the most important digital marketing metrics- which ones matter, which ones don’t and how to align them with your goals
– Learn how to audit your Instagram feed to understand why posts perform and how to create posts that work hard for your business
– Dive into critical end of year sales and promotions-new product launches, Black Friday, Holiday sales- and how to leverage them for maximum profit
Rachel and Shelby met as boss and direct report duo at a small but mighty start-up in New York City. During their time in NYC, they grew the brand’s digital marketing presence from 50K to 2 million followers, running a full digital marketing strategy for two years, leading to the company’s acquisition by Food Network. In 2018, they founded Dive In Digital with a mission to demystify digital marketing for business owners and a belief that business-changing marketing strategies are developed through genuine storytelling, cultivating an engaged community, and establishing processes that make your goals a reality.
About Sustaining Small
Sustaining Small is a monthly series for artisans, creatives, designers, writers, retail, coaches, service providers and other micro-business owners and entrepreneurs, who want to engage in dialogue about what it means to thrive.
We gather each month for meaningful conversations, education, and workshops about how to maintain, manage and create a micro-business and creative livelihood that feels authentic to you, your vision and how you want your life and profession to integrate.
These monthly dialogues are meant to be a space of community building, support, and learning. We are here to help you get clear about what you want, how to achieve it, and ensure longevity for your vision.
Sustaining Small is a safe space where you get to ask the questions you haven’t asked, discover new ways of thinking, uncover key resources and tools, and find out what other creatives in the community are doing to “sustain small.”
Why We Founded Sustaining Small
TARRA and Candelaria created this gathering because we understand the unique challenges microbusinesses face. We know that there are millions of small business owners who don’t subscribe to the notion that “success” means hundreds of thousands of adoring fans, millions of dollars in the bank, dozens of employees and a global supply chain.
For many of us, “success” means being able to do what we love, on our own terms, in our own space with our own two hands.
We look forward to meeting you.
