What’s your refund policy?
We are not offering a refund on purchased tickets, but we do permit the transfer of tickets to another participant. If you come across someone you wish to transfer your ticket to, email us to update the ticket details at [email protected]
What should I wear?
The dress code is “business casual.” Wear comfortable shoes, as there will be movement between venues throughout the day. Given Denver’s unpredictable climate in November, please check the weather before you leave the house. We highly recommend dressing in layers for both comfort and adaptability.
What should I bring?
Have a notebook, pen, your business cards, and any additional items you consider crucial for a day dedicated to learning and networking. You are welcome to bring a laptop or iPad for note taking but we highly advise leaving work behind for the day to focus on the content and networking!
I might need to work a little during the event. Will there be space + wifi available?
Although there won’t be designated workstations for this occasion, we recognize the necessity of staying engaged during typical work hours. We do have sound proof phone booths to take private calls and a couple of small group meeting spaces for coworking. Feel free to find a comfortable spot within the event area where you can utilize the available WiFi for your work needs.
Will there be food?
Absolutely! We’ll provide a comprehensive overview of the food options in the upcoming schedule. Keep an eye out for forthcoming announcements. Are you an avid snacker? Although we offer light refreshments, you might consider bringing along some of your favorites to enhance your overall comfort.
I have food allergies. Can I bring my own food?
We make continuous efforts to cater to allergies, offering a diverse range of gluten free, dairy free, vegan and vegetarian choices for our participants. If you have specific allergies and are uncertain about the available food options, you are welcome to bring your own breakfast, lunch, or snacks.
I’m a new mom. Will there be a pump room?
Yes! Our wellness room, located at TARRA Office, will be available for personal use.
Can I bring an infant to the event?
We do recognize the challenges that come with parenting and arranging childcare, however, we are not able to accommodate children on the event premises. Should you have any inquiries or face a unique situation, please don’t hesitate to contact us, and we’ll gladly make every effort to assist in finding a solution.
