A Bitter Pill to Swallow
It might be considered controversial, but bitterness is by far one of my favorite flavors. Now that fall is here, I’ll be back at the stove, determined and dangerous with the new 80-recipe “Bitter” cookbook from UK-based Alexina Anatole. She designed this collection to help readers befriend bitterness, and with titles like Lamb Chops with Pickled Walnut Ketchup and Negroni Pavlovas, I’m fully sold.
